Classes are held at Morphett Vale Community Hall on Saturdays from 9:00 - 10:00 am.

Age Group: 2-5 years

Perfect beginners class introducing the basic skills associated with Calisthenics. 

Competitors will learn:

• Introduction to pupil skills and competition format
• two unique Happy Valley routines to consolidate skills, and
• three core routines, Marching, Exercises, and 'Fancy' Dance

Routines are choreographed to music and performed on stage in costume. 

The team performs at a Non-competitive CASA demonstration held at the Royalty Theatre in August.
